The LDV  i drive needed a service and essential repairs. temperature check before i get to the building. friendly staff , left details of what was needed. i was  called to confirm , did not see anyone. the Harris staff did everything. called me to say it was ready. security confirmed my ID and details in order to release the vehicle.
very well managed and great customer service and after care .

I recently bought a Lexus ES 300H from Enda McCarrick Cars  as a Valentine's Day present for my wife. It was the best decision I could have made! I was looking for a Car and then I met Sinead she is a real gem, very friendly and nice person. She answers all of my queries in very efficient way plus she did all the paperwork work very quick. When I viewed the car I wanted I emailed the dealership and had a response the next day. The car itself was priced much lower than other cars the same year online. I was dealing with Sinead and I must say she was extremely friendly and helpful through the process and any questions I had she was more than happy to answer them by whatsap. The showroom has a warm friendly feeling and all the staff are very nice and professional, including the salesman Bentley who sat beside me while filling out my forms, I have added a photo of him sat beside me. The car is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Will 100% be back to the team for my next car.

I picked up my K1600GTL Motorcycle from Enda McCarrick Cars last Friday. From start to finish I found this Gentleman a real pleasure to deal with.
I don't give Five Star Reviews very often but it is certainly warranted in this instance. His attention to detail is second to none.
He even took a photo as I left his super modern spotlessly clean Showroom.

Just bought my second caravan from Tricam caravans. My first experience 4 years ago was so good and well worth the top mark of 5 stars, I had to go back. My second experience was just as good and I would award 6 stars if I could.. Ed and his team deliver a professional but most importantly a friendly service. My last words to Ed as we departed with our caravan was that I would see them again in another 3 years for my next caravan.

Fantastic thanks to the Tricam Team for repairing my van so promptly. They completed all my repairs and also those I had not identified. Eddie gave me a date and on arrival Mark started the repairs. I rarely give reviews but The Tricam deserve 5 stars from me.

Woke up in the caravan to find the Thetford loo cassette not working. Phoned round no joy. Eddie at Tricam was most helpful, ‘I won’t see you stuck’. Lent me the same model whilst they try to source or repair ours. Great service indeed.

The team are absolutely lovely at Tricam and helped us choose the perfect caravan to suit our needs. The team were very knowledgeable and also insured that we got the right caravan (in regards to towing weight etc) for our car. Being first time caravaners, we had lots of probably ‘silly’ questions but the team and Eddie had no problem answering them all and making us feel at ease. On the day we collected our caravan, Eddie took us through everything we needed to know, and assured us that if we had any issues we could contact him. We were also given a starter pack which included a water tank, toilet cassette, electrical lead etc. which was a nice touch. The caravan was sold to us with 12 months warranty which we have had to use, but the team were very quick and efficient at sorting our issue. I have no doubt this would be the same in the future. I would have no issue recommending Tricam. Thanks again.
